Role Summary
As a Solutions Architect, you will lead the design and development of technical solutions, PoCs, and AI-enabled platforms that empower organizations to achieve transformative business outcomes. This is a hands-on role requiring expertise in AI technologies, solution architecture, and a deep understanding of how to align technical solutions with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design and Development:
- Lead the end-to-end design of AI and data-driven solutions tailored to client needs.
- Develop PoCs and prototypes to demonstrate the feasibility and value of proposed solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to define solution requirements and align them with business objectives.
- Technical Leadership:
- Guide technical teams in implementing scalable, secure, and modular AI solutions.
- Provide technical oversight and ensure adherence to best practices in AI and software development.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and integrate them into solution designs when appropriate.
- AI Integration:
- Leverage tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-based AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP) to build innovative solutions.
- Architect and optimize data pipelines, model training processes, and real-time inference systems.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with business leaders, data scientists, and engineers to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business goals.
- Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language for stakeholders.
- Performance Optimization:
- Continuously refine and optimize solutions for scalability, performance, and cost-efficiency.
- Implement monitoring and feedback mechanisms to ensure the reliability and sustainability of deployed solutions.
- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:
- Create detailed architectural diagrams, technical documentation, and user guides.
- Mentor team members and contribute to the organization’s knowledge base on emerging technologies and AI best practices.
Qualifications and Skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, AI/ML development, or a related role.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering AI-based PoCs and production-ready solutions.
Technical Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Hands-on experience with coding languages like Python, Java, or R.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
