You will support strategic decision-making by analyzing data, identifying opportunities, and delivering comprehensive market intelligence that positions Newhill as a leader in AI consulting.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Market Analysis:
    • Conduct detailed research on AI industry trends, emerging technologies, and market opportunities.
    • Analyze target markets, including mid-market private equity firms and portfolio companies, to understand their pain points and growth drivers.
  1. Competitive Intelligence:
    • Assess competitors’ offerings, strategies, and market positioning to identify gaps and opportunities.
    • Develop detailed reports on competitive dynamics within the AI consulting and transformation space.
  1. Client and Industry Insights:
    • Gather and analyze insights about client needs, industry challenges, and potential use cases for AI adoption.
    • Stay updated on regulatory, technological, and economic trends impacting industries like finance, healthcare, and manufacturing.
  1. Data-Driven Recommendations:
    • Translate market data into actionable strategies that inform Newhill’s service offerings and go-to-market plans.
    • Identify potential areas for expansion and new client acquisition opportunities.
  1. Collaboration and Reporting:
    • Collaborate with the leadership, business development, and delivery teams to align market research insights with organizational goals.
    • Develop and present clear, concise reports, dashboards, and presentations to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills

Education:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related fields.

Experience:

    • 2+ years of experience in market research, competitive intelligence, or a related role.
    • Exposure to AI, technology, or consulting industries is a plus.

Skills:

    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data into actionable insights.
    • Proficiency in market research tools and software (e.g., Statista, Gartner, Forrester, or similar).
    • Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, or Power BI) and CRM platforms.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create compelling presentations.
