Role Summary
As an AI Research Analyst, you will be at the forefront of exploring emerging AI technologies, tools, and trends. Your role will focus on identifying and evaluating innovative solutions to support our consulting services, creating insights for client engagements, and ensuring that Newhill remains at the cutting edge of AI adoption and implementation. You will play a critical role in translating complex research into actionable insights that drive business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Technology Research:
- Explore emerging AI technologies, tools, and frameworks (e.g., GitHub Copilot, OpenAI, TensorFlow, Cursor AI).
- Evaluate the scalability, usability, and business impact of these technologies for clients across industries.
- Monitor AI advancements in areas like generative AI, machine learning, NLP, and computer vision.
- Insights Development:
- Produce research reports, whitepapers, and insights on AI trends and their applications.
- Develop case studies showcasing the practical implementation of AI solutions.
- Share actionable insights to inform client strategies and Newhill’s service offerings.
- Use Case Identification:
- Collaborate with consulting teams to identify high-impact AI use cases for clients.
- Assess industry-specific AI opportunities, challenges, and benchmarks.
- Recommend tailored AI solutions aligned with client objectives and industry standards.
- Client Support:
- Assist in developing presentations and proposals for clients, leveraging your research.
- Provide technical and market insights to support AI strategy development.
- Innovation and Prototyping:
- Partner with technical teams to prototype and test promising AI tools and frameworks.
- Support proof-of-concept initiatives by providing research-driven recommendations.
Qualifications and Skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related fields.
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in AI research, consulting, or related roles.
- Exposure to AI/ML technologies, tools, and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI).
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate AI technologies.
- Excellent research and communication skills, including the ability to translate technical findings into business insights.
- Proficiency in Python or R and familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI-as-a-Service offerings is a plus.
